FEDGROUP TNT RIDE JOBURG 2025: TERMS, CONDITIONS & INDEMNITY PREPARATION REQUIRES DISCIPLINE, ENDURANCE, AND UNDERSTANDING THE FINE PRINT.

Before you ride, cheer, or donate — please read the following important terms. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By purchasing a TNT jersey, supporter pack, or otherwise participating in any way in Fedgroup’s TNT Ride Joburg 2025 initiative, you agree to the following: 

  • All participants must read and accept these terms and conditions before taking part. 
  • You agree to exhibit appropriate behaviour at all times, obeying all laws, event rules, and instructions from organisers and officials. Fedgroup, its partners, and associated entities reserve the right to revoke participation or access to benefits if any behaviour brings the event or brand into disrepute. 
  • Riders must register through the official Ride Joburg platform using a unique promo code, which is only issued upon purchase of a Fedgroup TNT cycling jersey. This code ensures placement in the Fedgroup TNT batch. 
  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf. You acknowledge you are authorised to do so for any minor accompanying you. 
  • Spectators purchasing supporter packs agree to behave in accordance with all applicable venue rules, signage, and instructions. Access to certain areas may be restricted for safety or logistical reasons. 

By participating in this campaign or attending the event (as rider or supporter), you grant Fedgroup, TNT, and affiliated partners permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes — without compensation. All such materials remain the property of the organisers. 

By participating in Fedgroup TNT Ride Joburg 2025, you acknowledge: 

  • Road cycling events inherently involve physical risk, including injury, damage to property, or death. You voluntarily assume these risks and waive any claims against the organisers, sponsors, and their employees or contractors, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
  • To the extent permitted by law, the organisers’ total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of the amount paid by the participant to Fedgroup for the event. 
  • You accept that Fedgroup and TNT are not liable for any loss or injury sustained during participation or attendance at the event, including transport to and from the event, regardless of how it was caused. 
  • Participation is at your own risk, and you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no known medical conditions that would make participation in the event hazardous. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if unsure. 
  • You must ensure that you are properly equipped for the event.

The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any aspect of the campaign or event-related benefits (e.g. prize draws, hospitality access, batch allocations) at their sole discretion, including due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disaster, public health emergencies, acts of God, terrorism, or other force majeure. 

All purchases are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 

This includes purchases of: 

  • Fedgroup TNT cycling jerseys 
  • Supporter packs 
  • Any associated merchandise or entry add-ons 

Refunds will not be granted in the event of personal schedule changes, illness, injury, inability to attend, or cancellation of the event for any reason (including weather, safety concerns, or force majeure). 

 

Where Your Money Goes: 

  • 100% of the purchase price of the Fedgroup TNT cycling jersey goes directly to the Trojans Neurological Trust (TNT). 
  • For supporter packs, Fedgroup deducts only the direct costs of the pack (e.g. catering, logistics, venue services), and all remaining profit is donated to TNT. 

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your contribution makes a direct impact on the lives of South Africans in need of neuro-rehabilitation support. 

  • By entering, registering, or purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for communication and coordination related to this event and other marketing activities. 
  • You may receive updates about other Fedgroup or TNT-related events and initiatives via email. You can unsubscribe at any time. 
  • Entry into the “Cash or Double It” Secured Investment prize draw is automatic upon purchase of a jersey or supporter pack. 
  • Winners will be notified using the contact details provided. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to specific investment terms and conditions. 
  • Prize draw details (including investment rates, maturity periods, and withdrawal terms) will be outlined in a separate agreement with selected winners. 

These terms and your participation are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. 

Any reference to “organisers,” “we,” or “us” includes: 

  • Fedgroup (Pty) Ltd 
  • Trojans Neurological Trust (NPO) 
  • Ride Joburg organisers and affiliates
